Ryan Soper, an Enrolled Agent and US Tax Court Practitioner, is the Managing Partner at RJS Tax & Accounting.  With several years of experience in the tax industry, Ryan’s knowledge provides him with an understanding of the issues as well as the opportunities that individual and small business taxpayers face.  Having a strong business sense and a solid work ethic allows Ryan to deliver clients a fulfilling and professional experience.  He prides himself on offering high level tax knowledge to a diverse group of individual and business clients while maintaining a fun, cheerful attitude.   A longtime resident of the Pacific Northwest, Ryan takes advantage of the many great outdoor activities in the surrounding area when he gets the chance.
